1. The plot plan received May 27, 1971 shall be the
approved layout.
2. A barrier shall be placed at the existing driveway
and said driveway shall be used for emergency access
only.
3. The front 35 ft. of existing landscaping on the
east property line shall be removed.
4. Warner Ave. and Gothard St. shall be dedicated and
fully improcred to City standards.
5. A screening fence shall be constructed with at least
1 ft. strip of landscaping along the south property
line at such time as off-site improvements are made.
