Under the provisions of the Huntington Beach Ordinance
Code, the action taken by the Board of Zoning Adjust ments
is final unless an appeal is filed to the Planning Comm i s-
sion by you or an interested party. Said appeal must be
in writing and must set forth in detail the action and
grounds by and upon which the applicant or interested
party deems himself aggrieved. Said appeal must be ac-
companied by a filing fee of seventy-five ($75.00) dollars
and submitted to the Secretary to the Planning Commission
within ten (10) days of the date or the Board's decision.
