Under the provisions of the Huntington Beach Ordinance
Code, the action taken by tho Board of Zor, ng Adjustments
is final unless an appeal is filed to the Planning Commis-
sion by you or an interested party. Said appeal must be
in writing and must set forth in detail the action and
grounds by and upon which the applicant or interested
party deems himself aggrieved . Said appeal must be ac-
companied by a filing fee of seventy-five ($75.00 ) dollars
and submitted to the Secretary to the Planning Commission
within ten (10) days of the date of the Board's decision.
In your case , the last day for filing an appeal and paying
the filing fee is
Provisions of the Huntington Beach ' Ordinance Code are
such that any application becomes null and void one (1)
year after final approval , unless actual construction
has started.
CONDITION:
1. The applicant shall comply with Article 9737.25.2
of the Huntington Beach Ordinance Code.
