Mr. Robertson, representing. the applicant, addressed the Board and submitted revised plans with the correction in the traffic circulation pattern. The Board reviewed the conditions of approval with the applicant and the circulation pattern indicated on the revised plans. A MOTION WAS MADE BY MCFARLAND AND SECONDED BY VASQUEZ TO APPROVE ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW NO 72-63 WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: :.
