Mr. Clyde Cropper, a representative
of the applicant, reviewed the relation of the court area,
to the structure and open space. They further discussed
parking arrangements for the units after obtaining a bed-
room count for the complex. Elevations along with building
materials and design of the units were then considered.
A MOTION WAS MADE BY MCFARLAND AND
SECONDED BY SPENCER TO APPROVE ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW NO.
72-108 WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
1. The plot plan received December 6, 1972 shall be the
approved layout.
2. Open space and oyientatioll shall be as submitted on the
approved plot plan.
3. All applicable City Ordi nances shall be complied with.
