They further discussed parking arrangements for the units after obtaining a bed- room count for the complex. Elevations along with building materials and design of the units were then considered. A MOTION WAS MADE BY MCFARLAND AND SECONDED BY SPENCER TO APPROVE ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW NO. 72-108 WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: 1. The plot plan received December 6, 1972 shall be the approved layout. 2. Open space and oyientatioll shall be as submitted on the approved plot plan. 3.
