After considerable research, we have decided to construct a prestigious two-story building (photo enclosed) and are now in the process of preparing working drawings to submit to your Building Department for approval. We plan to commence construction on or around December 1 of this year. Edinger Avenue and Parkside Lane shall be dedicated to City standards. 3. A revised plot plan regarding driveway brake shall be submitted to the Building Department for approval. B. TO BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO FRAMING INSPECTION: 1. Fire alarm system conduit and appurtenances shall be installed by the developer at locations and to specifications provided by the Fire Department. 2. Landscaping plan shall be submitted to the Planning Department for approval. C. TO BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO FINAL INSPECTION: 1.
