The Board recommended the applicant file a Conditional

To permit the construction of a 3 unit apartment building
pursuant to S. 9231.6 of the Ordinance Code, The subject
property is located on the southwest corner of 8th. Street
and "i .ive Avenue in the R4 High Density Residential District.
The hearing was opened to the audience.
Mr. John King, representing the applicant, addressed the
Board and explained the request.
The Board noted that a major redevelopment of this nature
would require access from the alley. This application as
submitted could not accomplish that, therefore an Administrative
Review :application would not be'the proper application.
