TO BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO., ISSUANCE OF BUILDING PERMITS: 1. The plot plan re!eived March 1, 1973 shall be the approved layout; Z. Bolsa Chica Street shall be dedicated to City standards at the time each parcel is developed. 3. The water Sewer, and fire, hydrant system shall be, pproved by the Department of Public Works and Fire.,Departm.ent. 4.
