2. Sewage disposal shall be through the City of

vided to Department of Public Works standards.

age assessment district.

Municipal Code, located on the southeast corner of 13th
It. and Palm Avenue in an R2 medium density residential
district.

Mr. B. C. Williams, the applicant, was present.
There was a discussion about right-of-way dedication and
the Acting Secretary stated that more plot plans will be
needed eventually. Mr. Williams stated that he would like
to get conditional approval subject to alley dedication.
There was a discussion of the plans.

of Zoning Adjustments for Approval Action. Such
plan shall indicate tho realignment cf the entryways
