Mr. B. G. Williams,who presently is in the
process of purchasing 14 lots from our Company in the City
of Huntington Beach, has the permission of our Company to
apply for an administrative revic, of plans on these lots.

The Acting Secretary outlined the reasons for request which
applicant had submitted to. him. The safety factor was discussed
concerning the entries to parking luL being closed by chain link.
It was the consensus of the Board that a meeting should be
arranged at which time applicant would be able to present an
alternate method of utilization of parking lot which would
decrease number of vehicles and still display to greatest a--
vantage.'

There was no one present to represent the applicant.
The Board discussed the plans. The Acting Secretary stated that
applicant was exempt from Exemption Declaration Status.

NO. 73-3 WAS APPROVED WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS BY THE

A. TO BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF BUILDING PERMITS:
1. The plot plan received May 21, 1973 shall bo t'te-approved
layout.
.A revised plot plan and elevation shall be submitted to
the Board of Zoning Adjustments for approval action.. Said
plan shall reflect 7 1/2 ft. setback after dedication.

The Acting Secretary stated that landscape plans . had been
approved by the Appearance Review Committee. The Board dis-
cussed the \\ Tans and it was the consensus of opinion that plans
of that magude should be reviewed by Daryl S `th of Public
Works Depart nt and the Board at an informal eeting.
Mr. Gerarden sated that 'he, would , be in fav of the Appearance
Review Board su mitting a written commen on the landscaping
project.
