To permit the construction of a 2 unit apartment unit
pursuant to S. 9161.2 of the Huntington Beach Municipal
Code, located on the southwest corner of 15th St . and Acacia
Avenue in an R2 medium density residential district.
The applicant, Mr. B. G . Williams, was present.
The Chairman stated that dedication had been made by the
property owner across the alley of the above described
property . The Conditions of Approval were discussed.
ON MOTION BY GERARDEN AND SECOND BY SPENCER ADMINISTRATIVE
REVIEW NO. 73-58 WAS APPROVED,WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS
AND BY THE FOLLOWING ROLL CALL VOTE:
