Anna M, Andrade district. the problem of giving up one non -related charge. Mrs. Andrade , the applicant , was present. The Actir ry, Secretary stated that . the fire clearance had been completed anil'approved . It.was found that ,a total of 9 persons occupied the dwelling, an excess of code allowances. It was noted that Mrs. Andrade 's County License was in proper order . Mrs. Andrade requested time to discuss with her social worker The hearing was opened to the public. Minutes: H.B . Bo of Zoning Adjustments `Vednesday, June 2 1973 ?age 2 Mr. Gerarden stated that she would be given a reasonable length of time to make other arrangements in order that she could comply with code requirements. The Acting Secretary stated that she could contact the Fire Department and have them communicate with Orange County Social Service. The hearing was closed to the public. ON MOTION BY GERARDEN AND SECOND BY SPENCER hDMINISTRATIVE REVIEW NO. 73-59 WAS APPROVED WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS BY THE FOLLOWING ROLL CALL VOTE: 1. To permit the care of not to exceed five (:,) non-related persons and at no time shall there be an aggregate total of more than eight (8) people residing on. the premises. 2.
