A. TO BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF BUILDING PERMITS:
1. A revised plot plan shall be submitted to the Board of
Zoning Adjustments for approval action.
2. Warner Ave. shall be dedicated to City standards at
the time each parcel is developed.
3. Elevations of the proposed plan shall be submitted
to the Board of Zoning Adjusiaents for review and
approval action.
4. The water, sewer, and fire hydrant system shall be
approved by the Department of Public Works and Fire
Department.
5. Allbuildings on lots abutting a City easement shall

6. Soil and compaction reports as required by the Building
Department and the Department of Public Works shall
be submitted to the City.

Tamura Furniture Company plans to screen their roof mounted air conditioning
units with a "Childers " equipment screen as per their enclosed literature,or
a material comperable to their screen . The color of the screen will be an off
white to match the exterior color already on the building.
We have enclosed 3 copies of our roof mou nted equipment locations with our
proposed screen locations . If this does not meet with your approval, please
let me know and I will make any necessary revisions to meet with your require-

parties at fair market value. An easement for maintenance ac-

be reserved over parcel number 305.1 (shown shaded green on
the map). As a matter of policy, the rarcel., if declared sur-
plus, will be offered to appropriate governmental agencies prior
to any sale to a private party..
