Board of Zoning Adjustments Wednesday, April 25, 1973 Page 2 ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW NO. 73-68 A_licant: Wi:.liam Hunter J To permit the storage of six (6) rental trailers in an exist- ing service station in a C4 Highway Commercial District pursuant to S, 9481.4 of the Huntington Beach Municipal Code located on the northeast corner of Pacific Coast Highway and Anderson Street, Mr. William Hunter, applicant, was present. There was a discussion about screening the trailers from the street and the use of potted oleanders. The Board discussed the recycling center provided by the applicant for a group of people in Sunset Beach.. '. Mr. Gerarden stated that under the new Service Station Ordinance no trucks would be permitted. Mr. Hunter stated that without the benefit of the trucks his income would be reduced by as much as 50%. There was a discussion about his filing a Conditional Exception whereby he would have an opportunity to prove hardship by the loss of the trucks before the Planning Commission. ON MOTION BY GERARDEN AND SECOND BY SPENCER ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW NO. 73-68 WAS APPROVED WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS AND BY THE FOLLOWING ROLL CALL VOTE: 1. No trucks shall be permitted.. 2. The storage area as shown on plan received 4/17/73 shall be the approved layout. 3. The applicant shall conform to S, 9481.4(b) of the Huntington Beach Ordinance Code. Department.
