There was a iscussion about sc ening the trailers from the

the recycling center provided y the applicant for a group
of people in nset Beach.
Mr.. Gerarden st ted that der the new Service Station
Ordinance no tr cks woul be permitted . Mr. Hunter stated
that without the benefi of the trucks his income would be
reduced by as mu as %, There was a discussion about
his filing a, Cond '.tio 1 Exception whereby he would have an
opportunity to pro e ard:ship by 'the loss of the trucks
before the P,annin ommission.

The Acting Secretary stated that no letter of authorization
from property owner had been submitted. The applicant stated
that the,property owner was oust of town but there would be no,
problem in getting this letter upon his return. The applicant
stated that there would be no more than four,employees on the
premises and possibly less, depending upon business. The
landscaping plans and parking requirements were discussed.
The applicant 'stated that his business would be primarily
pedestrian traffic from the beach The applicant stated
that he'planned to have 4 to 6 patio tables with umbrellas and
park type benches. Mr. Ge:arden stated. that applicant would
have to submit a r.evzsed site plan showing the parking, walks,
sidewalk
