Signing was discussed. Applicant stated sign would be parallel with The applicant, James McKinney, and his associate,.Dr. Seabra, were present. The Acting Secretary stated that no letter of authorization from property owner had been submitted. The applicant stated that the,property owner was oust of town but there would be no, problem in getting this letter upon his return. The applicant stated that there would be no more than four,employees on the premises and possibly less, depending upon business. The landscaping plans and parking requirements were discussed. The applicant 'stated that his business would be primarily pedestrian traffic from the beach The applicant stated that he'planned to have 4 to 6 patio tables with umbrellas and park type benches.
