identifying the Board's approval action so that Staff
wculd be able to check the revised plan, and that reasorxs
for approval of setbacks and stairways as illustrated
be set forth.

REVIEW NO. 73-84 WAS APPROVED WITH THE FOLLOWING. CONDITIONS
BY THE FOLLOWING ROLL CALL VOTE
A. TO BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF BUILDING PERMITS„
I. A revised plot pla n shall be submitted to the Board
of Zoning Adjustments f or approval action showing
the modified balcony locations and plan shall be
redrawn, to scale showing the setback modifications.
2. 18th St. and alloys shall be dedicated to City
standards at the time each parcel is developed.
3 . Elevations of the proposed plan sha.' ',e submitted
to the Board of Zoning Adjustments review and
