Open space and conditions of approval were discussed with
applicant.
ON MOTION BY GERARDEN AND SECOND BY EADIE ADMINISTRATIVE
REVIEW NO. 73-85 WAS APPROVED WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS
BY THE FOLLOWING ROLL CALL VOTE:
A. TO BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF BUILDING PERMITS:
1. The plot plan received 5/7/73 shall be the approved
layout.
2. 20th and alley shall be dedicated to City standards
at the time each parcel is developed.
3. The water, sewer, and fire hydrant system shall be
approved by the Department of Public Works and
Fire Department.
4. Soil and compaction reports as required by the
Building Department and the Department of Public
Works shall be submitted to the City.
B. TO BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO FINAL INSPECTION:
1. 20th and alley shall be fully improved including
street trees, street signs, street lights, fire

The hearing was, opened to the public.
The Acting Secretary stated that a good flow of perking seemed
to be the major problem, an(, that this is due v.0 a very narrow
lot.

There being no further comments public ,°hearing was closed.
• Signing was discussed . Mr. Bukb ,kr stated that signing had
not been determined . The Board Bested that sign should matchI'r
the building architecturally.
