The Acting Secretary and applicant discussed the error in application whereby it appeared that application was for a one bedroom apartment to be constructed over an existing garage. Applicant stated that this was an error and that in fact there is no existing garage on the premises to add a one bedroom apartment. Open space and turning radius were discussed.
