Baber To permit the construction of a one bedroom apartment pursuant to S. 9161.2 of the Huntington Beach Ordinance Code located on the east side of 12th St. approximately 140 ft. north of Acacia Ave. in an R2 residential district. Jerry Baber, applicant, was present. The Acting Secretary and applicant discussed the error in application whereby it appeared that application was for a one bedroom apartment to be constructed over an existing garage. Applicant stated that this was an error and that in fact there is no existing garage on the premises to add a one bedroom apartment. Open space and turning radius were discussed. The Conditions of Approval were discussed with applicant. ON.MOTION BY LIPPS AND SECOND BY SPENCER ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW NO. 73-86 WAS APPROVED WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS BY THE FOLLOWING ROLL CALL VOTE: A.
