Board o ning Adjustments Thursday, July 5, 1973 Page .,14 ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW:NO. 73-110 A licant: L nn uestad To permit the construction of a 10,000 sq. ft. industrial building pursuant to 'S. 9530 of the Huntington Beach Ordinance Code to cated on the east side of Commerce St. approximately 300 ft. south of McFadden Ave. in a 100-Ml-A-20,000 industrial district. Mr. Lynn Questad, the applicant, and Mr. Beaver, representative of the applicant, were present. The Acting Secretary stated that a letter had been received and filed from the Lusk Co. approving the use. The plans and conditions of approval were discussed. ON MOTION BY SPENCER°AND SECOND BY GERARDEN ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW NO. 73-110 WAS APPROVED WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS AND. BY THE FOLLOWING ROLL CALL VOTE: A. TO BE--COMPLETED PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF BUILDING PERMITS: 1. The plot plan received June 11, 1973 shall be the approved layout as amended. Department for review and approval action.
