3. Board of Zoning Adjustment decisions are final unless APPEALED to the Planning Commission.
Appeals must be filed with the Secretary to the Planning Commission within ten (10) days of
such decision and shall be in writing specifying the areas of aggrievement, in no case shall permits
or licenses be issued until such time has lapsed.
