Board of Zoning Adjustment Wednesday, July 25, Page 11 1973 s %'To permit the construction of a four (4) unit apartment building pursuant to S. 9201.2 of the-,Huntington Beach Ordinance Code located on the northeast corner of 6th St. and Olive Ave. in an R4 medium high density residential district. Mr. Charles Hermansen, applicant, was present. The Acting Secretary stated that the plot plan meets with Ordinance Code requirements, but that it indicated a shortage of 68 sq. ft. in open space requirements. He furthe stated that the project is exempt from the Environmental Review Board requirements. Conditions of approval were discussed. ON MOTION BY GERARDEN AND SECOND BY,SPENCER.ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW NO...73-124 WAS APPROVED WITH THE FOLLOWING 'CONDITIONS AND BY THE F dLLOWING. ROLL CALL VOTE:. A. TO BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF BUILDING PERMITS: 1. The revised plot plan received July 11, 1973 shall be the approved layout as amended. 2.
