Mr. Richard Spencer was present. The Acting Secretary stated that Exemption Declaration No. 73-158 was approved July 31, 1973 by the Environmental Review Board with no stipulations. The plans were discussed and the applicant was informed that plans indicated a shortage of five parking spaces. The applicant concurred with Board for a continuance to allow time to revise plans. It was suggested that applicant review Article 979. Review Committee has reviewed the Interim Short Form-Environmental Impact Report material submitted in request for Exemption Declaration status for the above described project and hereby recommends: (check one) 1. That the request for Exemption Declaration status submitted is insuffi - cient to facilitate a decision as to the environmental significance of this project and the project sponsor is therefore requested to resubmit a more thorough Environmental Short Form covering the following informa - tion: D 2.
