A. TO BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO ISSUANCE, OF BUILDING PERMITS:
1, The plot plan received July 18, 1973 shall be the
Kpproved layout as amended.
2, A revised plot plan shall be submitted to the Board
of Zoning Adjustments for approval action. Said
plan shall delineate closure of northeasterly driveway.
3. Orange, Pecan, 17th and alley shall be dedicated to
City standards at the time each parcel is developed.
4. Revised elevations of the proposed plans shall be

review and approval action.
