Florida Street approximately 640 ft. south of Main-Street in

Mr: Bob Zinngrabe, the applicant, and Mr. J.,., Wallace, represeting
the applicant; were present.
The Acting Secretary stated that Exemption Declaration No. 73-32
had been approved by the Environmental Review Board on,Tuesday,
May 1, 1973 ,with no stipulations.
The Deputy Fire Marshall was present to state recommendations
.e proposed project. He felt that there was a lac1 ofon th
access to the, property. He, further stated ,that a minimum of
20 ft'. access to the property should be provided.
Further discussion followed.
It was the concensus of the Board to continue this appilcation
to allow the applicant time to,meet, with the Fire Department
regarding access to the property. The applicant concu.ryed with
continuance.

It has just been brought to my attention that theapproval
for our new retirement residence which was granted under;.
administrative review #73-130 will expire--on Dec. 1,' 19.75.-
Due to the delays. we have had in properly structuring our
financial arrangements with additional probable delays
caused by weather we are requesting a six month extension
on this project.
As an additional point of information , we have taken out
grading permits and our plans are, currently in. for final
plan check.

Consideration of revised plans for a prevzously approved 158-room,
200 bed retirement care facility located on the east side of
Florida Street.
Secretary Palin noted that this plan has been revised in accord
once with the Fire Department's request for a 16-foot wide access
down the easterly property line and an increased turnaround. The
Board reviewed the plan with the applicant.
