The plot plan received August 17, 19,73 shall be the
approved layout as amended.
A revised Plot Plan shall be submitted to the Planning
Department for Approval Action showing the following:
Relocation of_trash to parking space 4 which shall be
omitted, 25 ft. turning radius from alley shall be shown.

3. 18th Street and alley shall be dedicated to City standards.

4. Elevations of the proposed plan shall be submitted to there
Board of Zoning Adjustments for review and approval
action.
The water, sewer, and fire hydrant system shall be
approved by the Department of Public Works and Fire
Department.
6. All buildings on lots abutting a City'easement shall be
set back five (5) feet from the edge of such easement.
7.' Soil and c mpaction reports'as required by the Building
Department and the Department of Public Works shall be
submitted to the City.
B. TO BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO FRAMING INSPECTION:
1. Fire alarm system conduit and appurtenances shall be
installed by the developer at loc"tions and to specifi-
cations provided by the Fire ;;Department.
C. TO BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO FINAL INSPECTION:

street trees, street signs, streetlights , fire hydrants,,,

2. All utilities shall be installed underground.
