The revised plot plan received September 26, 1973. shall
be the approved layout. Clear and unobstructed turning
radius for parking , shall be provided.

standards at the time each parcel is developed.,

to Department of Public Works standards.
4. The property shall participate in the local drainage
assessment district.
No structures, other, than those shown on the approved
plot plan, shall be constructed within the project.
