A. TO BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO ISSUANCE* OF BUILDING PLRMITS:
1. The revised plot plan received September 26,, 1973 shat'
be the approved layout. Clear and unobstructed turning,
radius for parking shall be provided,
2. Pecan, 22nd Street and, alley shall be dedicated to City
standards at the time each parcel is developed.-- -
3.Elevations of the proposed plan received August 20, 1973
for review and approval action shall be the approved
elevations.
4. The water, .:,ewer, and fire hydrant system shall be
approved by the Department o Pu,'Tic Works and Fire
Department,
All buildings on lots abutting a City casement ahall be
set back five (5) feet from the edge-of such easement.
6. Soil and compaction reports as required by the Building
Department and the Department of Public Works shall be
.submitted to the City,
