The applicant was not present. The Acting Secretary stated that this application was exempt from Environmental Review Board requirements. The Board reviewed the plans. Conditions of approval were discussed. ON MOTION BY GERARDEN AND SECOND BY SPENCER ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW NO. 73-176 WAS APPROVED WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS AND BY THE FOLLOWING ;'OTE: A. TO BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF BUILDING PERMITS: 1. The plot plan received 9/12/73 shall be the approved layout. 2. A revised plot plan shall be submitted to the Board of Zoning Adjustments for Approval Action. 3. 17th Street and Alley shall be dedicated to City standards at the time each parcel is developed. 4.; Elevations of the proposed plan received 9/12/73 shall be the approved elevations. 5. The water, sewer , and fire hydrant system shall be approved by the Department of Public Works ,andFire Department.
