To permit the continued use of overhead utility installation
pursuant to S.9730.9 of the Huntington Beach Ordinance Code
located on the west side of 11th Street, approximatley 70
ft. south of Olive Avenue in an R-4, high density residential
district.
Mr. Loekyer, the applicant was present.
The Acting Secretary informed the Board that this application
was exempt from`3ririronmental Review Board requirements.
The Applicant stated his reasons for the continued use of
overhead utility installation as being:
All utility lines are presently overhead. The installation
of this proposal will not add any lines to the present
installation.
