Pursuant to the procedures of the City of Huntington Beach for implementa-
tion of the California Environmental Quality Act of 1970, .the. Environmental
Resources Section has reviewed the preliminary environmental description
data and information on the. environmental setting of the,proposed project
as submitted by the project sponsor and does hereby find:

which an Environmental Impact Report has previously been prepared and;,
that the original project and EIR were approved, and also that no
substantial environmental changes are proposed which will require
major revisions of the original EIR.
