The Board pointed out to the applicant :hat a conflict of traffic movement exists at the proposed location. Relocation of the proposed pxcject was discussed. The Applicant was not present. The Acting Secretary informed the Board that the Environmental Review Board a;,'proved Exempt Dn Declaration No. 73-215 on November 27, 1973 with no stipulations. The Chairman opened the public hearing. The Board discussed the plans. As there were no parties present to speak in favor or in opposition to Use Permit No. 73-83, the Chairman closed the public hearing. It was the concensus of the Board to continue this application to allow .r)plicant time to submit revised plans.
