Ar. Las Miller, the applicant, was present. The Acting Secretary informed the Board that the Environmental Review Board granted Exemption Declaration No. 73-230 December 26, 1973. The Acting Secretary outlined the proposal to the Board. He further informed the applicant that his plan was deficient in landscaping and pointed out the ordinance code requirements pertaining to landscaping. Parking spaces were discussed as well as the location of an enclosed trash area. Board discussion followed. Conditions of approval were discussed. Said screening plan shall be approved by the Board of Zoning Adjustments. 3. All signs for the Proposed Development shall be submitted to the BZA for approval. The BZAencourages signs which reflect a common theme with respect to design iaterials and colors which are compatible with the architectural theme of the proposed project. 4. Fire alarm system conduit and appurtenances shall be installed by the developer at locations and to speci- r'ic:ations provided by the Fire Department. 5. Parking compounds shall be screened with a combination of fencing and landscaping. Said plan shall besubmittedto the Planning Department for review and approval.
