It is the intent of this facility to provide a commissary-type food service for the surgery center and medical buildings in juxtaposition to its location. It 5's basically for the use of those medical and paramedical personnel and patients of the medical community , However, any person from the community desiring food service would be accomodated. Friedman) To permit the expansion of a previously approved use pursuant to S.9401 of the Huntington Beach Ordinance Code located on the south- east corner of Newman Avenue and Beach Blvd. in an R-5, office professional district. Dr. Neil Fric,.Chnan, the applicant, was present. The Chairman informed the Board that this application is a categorical exemption, class 1, California Environmental Quality Act, 1970. Dr. Friedman explained the proposed project as being a small food commissary to accommodate the personrel only. He further informed the Board that h- does not wish to erect any signs connected with the proposa,.. A former administrative filing pertaining to this application was discussed as well as parking and landscaping. It was the consensus of the Board that the proposed project meets ordinance code requirements. Conditions of approval were discussed. ON MOTION BY FORD AND SECOND BY SPENCER ADMINISTRATIVE ttEVIEW NO. 74-10 WAS APPROVED WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS AS OUTLINED BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: 1. The plot plan received January 28 , 1974 shall be the approved layout. 2.
