Board discussed plans with applicant. Trash location, parking bumpers and a screening -wall was discussed. It was the consensus of the Board that due to plans lacking designation of future dedication along Palm Avenue, revised plans would be required, therefore, the Board proposed a continuance of three weeks. Mr. DeLeonardis , the applicant, was present. The Chairman i nformed the Board that this application is a catego- ical exemption , Class 3 , California Environmental Quality Act, 1970. The Chairman further infnrmerl the Roard that this application had been previously continued for submittal of revised plans showing proper dedication of future right of way along Palm Avenue. The Chairman stated that a plan check revealed plans to be within ordinance code requirements. Decorative screening of the , open parking stall adjacent to Palm Avenue was discussed. The revised plot plan received March 15, 1974 shall be the approved layout as amended thereon. (Showing addition of 32" decorative masonry wall adjacer.;. to stall 4). 2. Palm. 16th Street, and Alley shall be dedicated to City standards at the time each parcel is developed. 3. Elevations of the proposed plan received March 19, 1974 shall he the approved elevations. 4. The water, sewer, and fire hydrant system shall be approved by the Department of Public Works and Fire Department. 5. All buildings on lots abutting a City easement shall be set back five (5) feet from the edge of such easement. 6. Soil and compaction reports as required by the Building Department and the Department of Public Works shall. be submitted to the City. ,B.
