of 9th Street, approximately 50 ft. north of Walnut in an R-4,

Mr. Doyle, the applicant, was present.
The Chairman informed the Board that this application is a
cateqorical exemption, class 1, California Environmental Quality
Act, 1970.
Board discussed plans with applicant. The possibility of
converting the garage into apartments at a future date was
discussed. Dedication of right-of-way was also discussed.
