Brown To permit overhead installation of utilities pursuant to S. 9730 and S. 9730 .10 of the Huntington Beach Ordinance Code located on the north side of Holt Street , approximately 95 ft . east of Parkside Lane in an R3 , medium high density residential district. Mr. Jose A. Brown, the applicant, was present. The Chairman informed the Board that this application is a categorical exemption, class 1, California Environmental Quality Act, 1970. The Chairman presented a letter from the Southern California Edison Company stating their inability to provide underground service to subject parcel. The posting of a bond sufficient to cover the applicant's proportionate share of future undergrounding'with the Department of Public Works wan discussed and agreed upon. Board discussion followed. Conditions of approval were discussed. ON MOTION BY SPENCER AND SECOND BY FORD ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW NO. 74-59 WAS APPROVED FOR THE FOLLOWING REASON AND WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS AS OUTLINED BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: REASON FOR APPROVAL: 1.
