(4) The parking ratio for such operation shall be calculated pursuant to Section 9793.1, "Commmercial Uses." (5) Signs shall not be used to advertise an ancillary operation. (6) The ancillary operation shall be physically separated from the primary industrial use. (c) S ecial es .
