The public hearing was opened and David Mendelsohn, ap,licant, was present . Staff and the applicant discussed the purpose of the noise report and its conclusion. Mr. Strange asked the applicant if the businesses would be automotive repair. The applicant stated yes, adding that he s'ould be willing to put the auto body shop toward the back third of the building, and the general tune up work in the front. Mr. Strange expressed c' ,tern about work l:zi,ig dine in the parking lot and Inoperable vehicles and cars being stored in the parking lot.
