Mr. DeBuque, general manager for Lee White Chrysler-Plymouth, stated that the applicant spent $11,000 to, maintain and renew the sign and $3000, 000 was spent on advertising last year to identify the location of this agency through the use of the pennants„ Mr.DeBuque stated that $6,600 will have to be paid out over a five-year period for the sign contract.
