Administrative Action No. 82-6 is a re quest to pe rmit the extended
use of a ,nonconforming pole on ar existing shopping center. The
sign height is 25 feet , with a total area of 160 square feet. The

In researching the past action on the subject property, the sign was
originally erected who- the shopping center was developed. Q

Noncanformipc,m n, states that ". not withstanding the provisions
of Section 9760.47, the. owner of any nonconforming sign or sign
structure that is required to to removed, altered, or replaced per
suant to the provisions hereof, may make 'a:pplication on the form
provided for such purpose to the Planning Commission to extend the
use of such sign. Said written application shall be filed not less
than 15 days preceding the date set out in Section 9760.46 for the
alteration, removal, or replacement of said sign or sign structure.
After a hearing, the Planning Commission may grant permission to
extend the time for alteration, removal, or replacement of such sign
or sign structure for a period determined by the Planning Commission."
