SUPPLEMENT TO PETITION
The petition must be typed or printed and filled in completely.
If applicant is not the property owner, a letter of AUTHORIZATION from tow,owner shall accompany this petition.
All Planning Commission decisions become effective 10 days after such decision is rendered; unless appealed, and in no case
shall permits or licenses be issued until such time has lapsed.
An appeal to the City Council of the Planning Commission decision may be made, and must be filed with the City Clerk
within 10 days after such decision,
Unless otf'tatwise specified, ALL petitions, if not acted upon, shall become NULL AND VOID one (1) year from the
effective date.
6. All applications must be accompanied with 15 plot plans and sign elevations 48"V' x 11") and 15 plot plans and sign
elevations (24" x a6".) These plans shall conform to the following requirements:
a, Draw to scale and indicate the scale and North arrow direction.
b. Plot the entire parcel and dimension ALL pertinent data such as driveways, landscaping, parking, and distances to all
property lines,
c, Plot all EXISTING and PROPOSED physical features and structures.
d. If application is for art attached sign, applicant shall include 15 (8'la"x11") and 15 (24" x 36) elevations of building
to which sign is attached and depict sixe and location of all other existing attached signs.
