justification
A strict compliance with your present sign ordinance will
result in a Substantial economical hardship.
A. There are ,two other tennants who share the same structure.
B. We have no authorization nor authority to change their
signs.
C. A precise shopping center program wa, approved by your
organization in November knowing that the whole program
could hardly begin before the change in January, 1976.
D. The major`tennants of this site setback from, the property
like approximately j50. They have little or no street
exposure due to obstruction by existing buildings and
required landscaping.
A, The proposal as' per Heath & Co. sketch will not affect
other signs in the area. Some are much larger.and
higher (Levits Furniture, Huntington Center, Angels,
etc.) in the immediate vicinity.
B. Our sign is existing. All we want to do is replace the,
existing pl.ex, feces in the upper sign cab.net.
