The petition mast be typed or printed ana fcillcd in completely. If applicant Is not the p;rn.:rty owner, a letter of AJTHOR1ZATION from the owner shall eccompany this petition. All Planning Commission decisions beeome effective 10 days after such decision is rendered, unless appealed, and in no case shall permits or licenses be issued until such time has lapsed. An apl7a4l to the City Council of the Piraning Commission decision may be made, and must be filed with the City Clerk within 10 days after su.h decision. Unless ottrerwise specified, ALL petitions; if not acted upon, shall become NULI. AND VOID one (1) year front the affective date.
