Mayer Music's proposed use of 10180 Adams Avenue is to create a music lessons studio.
Description of project and services:
In order to provide adequate lessons, studios are to be built in the interior of the 1260
square foot space. Operation hours will be in effect Monday through Friday from 10:00 am-
8:00 pm. Saturdays 10:00 am - 1:00 pm. Three independent contractors and myself will be

Reasons for initiating this application:
To provide the community of Huntington Beach with quality music lessons.
Description of surrounding uses:
A Dance Studio and a vacant office space is to the West. A Mexican Restaurant is to
the East. A Vacant restaurant is to the North, and residential housing is to the South.
Description of population served by Mayer Music:
All peoples with an interest in music are served by our propose use.
