The following is a description of what is planned to be done at the above mentioned address:
We will be adding a granny unit to the existing home that will be used for the homeowner.
The existing home is approximately 1545 sq. ft.
We are planning to do a 120 sq. ft. garage addition. Additionally, we are planning to do a 2026 sq.ft.
second floor addition along with a demo of 282 sq. ft. to the first floor.
Garfield Street runs on the north side of the home. On the south and the east side of the home there are
existing residences. To the west of the home there is a condominium complex.
