NOTES
1. THIS PROJECT SHALL COMPLY WITH THE 2001 CALIFORNIA
STANDARDS CODE (2001 CBC, CMC, CPC AND CEC), AND LOCAL
ORDINANCES. THE CALIFORNIA STANDARD CODE IS BASED ON THE
1997 UBC, 2000 UMC, 2000 UPC AND 1999 NEC,
AND CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH MUNICIPAL CODE.
2. CONTRACTOR TO VERIFY THE DIMENSIONS
PRIOR TO START or THE CONSTRUCTION. .
3. IF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS SURROUNDING THE SITE IS DAMAGE BY
THE PRIVATE WORK, NEW CONCRETE SIDEWALK, CURB AND GUTTER,
AND STREET PAVEMENT WILL BE REQUIRED BY THE CITY AT THE
TIME OF PRIVATE CONSTRUCTION COMPLETION. SAID DETERMINATION
AND THE EXTENT OF THE REPAIR WORK SHALL BE MADE AT THE
DISCRETION OF THE PUBLIC WORKS INSPECTOR.
4. AN APPROVED ENCROACHMENT PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR
ALL WORK ACTIVITIES WITHIN THE PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY.
