required. You may review the proposed plans at the Planning Department, 2000 Main
Street, Huntington Beach, CA, from July 28, 2008 to August 11, 2008, or contact the
Planning Department at 714.536.5271. All comments must be submitted to the Planning
Department prior to the expiration date for review of the proposal..

the consultants identified on the list and request a mailing list of owners and tenants 300 ft. from the subject
property. Please be advised that the radius is measured from the property line and not the space occupying the
building. Once you have obtained this list, send out a revised letter like the one provided in the submittal package
with the dates for public review modified. The initial review of the application requires ten business days and
starts when the Planning Department receives a copy of the revised letter, mailing list, and mailing receipts.
