Proposed Use: Resurfacing & restriping on an existing commercial parking lot with ADA stalls included.
Thank you for submitting your plans to the Planning Department for plan check. The Planning Department
has reviewed your plans and has the following corrections/comments:
PLANNING & ZONING CORRECTIONS:
1. On Sheet A-1, please provide width dimensions for the marked drive isles as well as any significant
altered width dimensions for driveways/isles possibly reconfigured by added parking spaces.
2. Please provide parking stall detail dimensions for angled parking spaces in addition to the typical
parking stall detail shown on page C-1.
3. Per IPZR 2011-009 and Use Permit 1976-084, the required number of parking spaces is fifty-seven
(57). Fifty-Three (53) parking spaces (ADA spaces included) have been identified on the plans.
Please modify the parking plans in order to meet the minimum required parking spaces of fifty-seven
(57).
PLEASE ALLOW A MINIMUM OF FIVE WORKING DAYS FOR RECHECK OF REVISED PLANS
ADDITIONAL CORRECTIONS MAY BE REQUIRED FOLLOWING REVIEW OF THE REVISED PLANS. ALSO, COMPLETION OF
THE CORRECTIONS AND/OR THE SUBMITTAL OF REVISED PLANS DOES NOT PRESUME APPROVAL.
ALL FEES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE; FEES ARE DUE AT ISSUANCE OF BUILDING PERMITS UNLESS OTHERWISE
SPECIFIED

Due to differing "project management philosophies", I have been relieved of my position by Diane Kastner,
Property Manager, (not the property owner - incorrect on the application) as the Architect and CAS , for
the above referenced project, and recorded as of the day and time of Tuesday, January 10, 2012 @ 3:42 PM.
I will no longer be involved in any manner whatsoever from that time on out.

worked out better.

Parkin Lot - Re-stri e and Re-Surface
Scope -of-Work: Entire parking lot is to be re-surfaced and re-striped. All parking spaces in number are
to remain the same. The existing and required number of ADA / CBC "access compliant" parking spaces
will be brought up to current California 2010 CBC standards in addition to California 's AB-1531 (2008)
signage legislation.
