A hard-copy has also been sent in the mail. Please note that the Director approved your permit with conditions. The parking formula for the expanded area is 1:200 square feet. The provisions in the Huntington Beach Zoning & Subdivision Ordinance are such that a personal enrichment use such as a yoga studio is limited in the number of students at any one time to the number of parking spaces allocated to the tenant space. However, please take not of Condition 3 which states that a parking analysis can be submitted for review in order to determine whether or not more parking spaces (and thus, more students at one time) can be allocated to the use. Precise Plans for the expansion of your business can be submitted at any time, but will not be reviewed by Planning until the 10 day appeal period closes on Monday, June 24, 2013. I CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL - LIMITED NOTIFICATION N . 02-18 1. The floor plans received and dated October 3, 2002, shall be the conceptually approved lay- out. 2. The maximum number of persons per class shall not exceed the number of parking spaces allocated to the building. Based on the square footage of the building, (2,500 sq. ft.) the number of parking spaces allocated is thirteen (13); therefore, the number of persons in at- tendance shall not exceed thirteen (13) participants.
