Briefly describe the present physical description of the site or structure and describe any major alterations from its origin :%, rnndition: This is one of a row of single-story Colonial Revival residences along the north side of 9th, in the 200 block. It is topped with a hipped roof and features a pedimented gable, accented with fishscale shingles and a louvered vent in the center. Carved brackets ring the eaves. Narrow clapboard siding, with wider boards at foundation level, covers the house, Corner boards trim the edges. A double-hung window balances a recessed porch in the front facade. The porch, which is located on the east side, features a front-facing double-hung window and a side- facing front door. Plain posts and a carved balustrade, not original, accent the porch.
